Japanese sake recommendation – Chomeisen Ginjo Namachozoshu –

We now have a limited quantity of Chomeisen at Yamato-no-yu.

It is similar to “Ginjo Karakuchi”, which is the standard “Kuramoto Takizawa Honten” sake.

Originally, this sake was made and sold as raw sake.
It has a rich flavor and a refreshing taste.
The harmony of flavors and the light taste are exceptional.

You can enjoy Chomeisen with Japanese dishes or appetizers.
